All MadebyYork posters are made to order, which means all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product arrives damages or there is a printing issue.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

WRONG ADDRESS / LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.Please double-check your address at checkout.
